Not at all. A hand-drawn plan with rough dimensions is everything we need. We work with what you have — the level of detail you'd normally put into a client quote is more than enough to get started. If we need anything clarified, we'll ask before we begin.
Every project includes three rounds of revisions — so we keep refining until you're fully satisfied. On the rare occasion the result isn't right after revisions, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked. We stand behind every render we produce.
